Support Services

We provide the full range of support services to cover hardware, network operating system and application software support.

Services include telephone hotline support, computerised call logging, remote fault detection and correction and on-site maintenance.

Hardware and Network support:

contracts may be arranged for customer's existing equipment as well as Simmitec-supplied items. Support contracts are tailored to suit customer requirements.

Software Support:

contracts cover software upgrades and fault resolutions as well as advice on system use. We can offer differing levels of support contract to cater for differing customer needs.

We can also provide ad-hoc support, training and consultancy services to customers without a contract with us - please contact us to discuss your requirements.
